To make a booking enquiry, first check that your chosen dates are available (see below) and then contact us via the form below.

We will then confirm the availability and the price.  The cottage is listed on VRBO and Airbnb, but booking direct is always cheaper as these sites also charge the customer an agency fee.  We always respond to enquiries as soon as possible, and often within an hour. Payment terms and conditions

A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable when the booking is made, followed by the balance 4 weeks before the arrival date.  No cancellations are accepted after 8 weeks before the arrival date although  we will return the balance if we can let the period cancelled to another party.  We strongly advise all guests to take out holiday insurance to cover situations where the property is booked but they cannot come for health or other reasons.
